Colloidal silver, read plainly

Colloidal silver appears in our formulas as a mineral component, chosen and dosed like any other functional ingredient. It is not there as an alternative-health story, and we make no medical claims for it.

What it is

Elemental silver suspended as fine particles in water. We prefer it to silver citrate for how it behaves in the formula and how it sits alongside the botanical actives — not for anything mystical about the metal.

What we ask of it

A defined role at a defined concentration, stability across the life of the product, and no compromise to skin feel or scent. Where it earns that place, it stays. Where another material does the job better, we use the other material.

What we will not say

That it heals, purifies, detoxifies or treats anything. Those claims are unsupported, and in most markets not permitted. An ingredient should be described by its function, not by the atmosphere around it.
