Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order or receive an acknowledgement. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery charges are shown separately and are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
We take care to price correctly. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel.
You may cancel within 30 days of delivery and return unopened goods for a refund, as described in Shipping and Returns. Sealed personal-care products that have been opened are excluded for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Our products are cosmetics for external use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent anything. Nothing on this site should be read as a medical claim.
Ingredient lists are printed on each product. If you have a reactive skin or scalp, patch test before first use and stop if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and avoid contact with the eyes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability relating to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or products giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
