When you order: your name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Card details go directly to our payment provider and never reach us.
When you use a form: the email address you enter to be told a product is back in stock, or the name, email and message you send through the contact form.
Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
To fulfil your order and provide support — because we need it to perform our contract with you. To answer enquiries and improve the site — our legitimate interest in running the business. To send marketing, if we ever do — only with your consent, withdrawable at any time. To meet tax and accounting obligations — because the law requires it.
Only the services needed to run the shop: our hosting and forms provider, our payment provider, and the carrier delivering your order. Each processes data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
We keep order and transaction records for seven years where needed for tax, accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes. Form submissions are kept for three months, unless they become part of an order or are otherwise needed to respond to your request. Back-in-stock email addresses are kept until the product becomes available and we notify you, or until you ask us to remove your address.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable form.
